When you deploy farm solution on server .
you can Retract Solution and can see other information related to it.
but you cannot download is from central administration.
If you want to get WSP From Server you can User powershell.
$farm = Get-SPFarm
$file = $farm.Solutions.Item("imageuploadsp.wsp").SolutionFile
$file.SaveAs("c:\imageuploadsp.wsp")
