SharePoint 2016 Error While Creating Business IntelleDependency feature 'PPSSiteCollectionMaster' (id: a1cb5b7f-e5e9-421b-915f-bf519b0760ef) for feature 'PPSSiteMaster'

SharePoint 2016 - i was looking to create a  Business Intelligence Center

i was getting below error:

Cause: 

This errors occurs because performance point feature is not activated  

1. SiteCollection Level
2. Site Level  

Soluion:

Activate Feature at SiteCollection Level

1. Go to Site Settings
2. Click on Site Collection Features Under  Site Collection Administration
3. Find the Feature with the Name of  

PerformancePoint Services Site Collection Features &        And Click activate

 Activate Feature on Site Level

1. Go to Site Settings
2. Click on Site Collection Features Under  Site Administration
3. Find the Feature with the Name of  

PerformancePoint Services Site Feature & and Click Activate

Try again to Create the BI Center, Hopefully I will be successful
