Performance Point Designer Error The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized

Recently i was try to configure Performance Point for Sharepoint 2010 BI center. But when i was trying to Open performance Point Designer i am Getting error
"The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized"
I verify credentials and other services , every thing for Fine .

After seeing the Detailed log for Error;

its Looks like this

Solution :

Step 1: Add SharePoint Account in Windows credential manager

Click at start and in Search box type Windows credential manager. Such as below screen shot

Step 2: Add SharePoint Site Url into trusted Zone.

Internet Explorer  -> Tools  -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Zone
